Operating under the umbrella of an established brick and mortar retail garden center, we're on a mission to revolutionize how people experience the joy of gardening by bringing the local garden center experience to their doorstep by shipping landscape plants nationwide. The Role:

You'll be at the heart of our operation, wearing many hats and tackling a diverse array of tasks on a daily basis. From answering customer inquiries, updating our online store with products and managing inventory to packaging orders or hopping in a delivery truck, all the way to assisting with marketing campaigns and brand goals, no two days will be the same. This role is not for the faint of heart – it's 75% outdoors, hands-on, and involves physical work, but it's also an incredible opportunity to gain invaluable experience and make a tangible impact, while establishing a new role in our growing business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing top-notch customer service and sales support
• Managing inventory and updating product listings on Shopify
• Assisting with plant sourcing and vendor relations
• Packing and shipping plants with care and precision
• Managing and maintaning inventory
• Contributing ideas and insights to our marketing initiatives
• And much, much more – because in a small team, flexibility is key!

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for plants and a curiosity about the e-commerce industry
• Willingness to get your hands dirty (literally!) and tackle any task with enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles as needed
