Warranty & Returns

Standard Warranty:

All of our trees and shrubs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This means that if your tree/shrub is damaged in shipment or if it dies within 30 days of your delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or credit. Should you receive your tree/shrub during dormancy, and it does not emerge from dormancy by June 1st - the same replacement policy applies.

If, within this period, you notice any issues with the health or condition of your plants, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

1 Year Extended Warranty Option:

For added peace of mind, we offer a 1 year extended warranty option. You can choose to purchase an extended warranty for 12% of your cart total at the time of purchase. This extended warranty covers your trees and shrubs for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your tree/shrub dies within the extended warranty period, we will provide you with a replacement plant or issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase. Shipping fees are not included.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at Support@GardensoftheWorld.com as soon as you notice any issues with your plant's health.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos documenting the issue.
  • We may request additional photos or other information to assess the problem.
FAQ

How are heights measured?

Tree and Shrub heights are measured from the top of the root ball or soil, measuring only the above ground portion of your tree or shrub.

How does shipping work?

Description

Transform your garden into a serene haven with the Swans in Flight Siberian Iris. Known for its delicate blooms reminiscent of graceful swans in flight, this perennial beauty adds an enchanting touch to any landscape.

Key Features:

  • Elegant Blooms: The Swans in Flight Siberian Iris boasts stunning, white blooms that mimic the elegance of swans soaring through the sky. These blossoms, with their intricate patterns and pristine color, create a captivating focal point in your garden.

  • Versatile Growing Zones: Thriving in USDA hardiness zones 4-9, this iris variety adapts well to a wide range of climates. Whether you're a gardening enthusiast in the colder northern regions or the milder southern climates, the Swans in Flight Siberian Iris is a resilient choice.

Basic Care Tips:

  1. Planting: Choose a well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. Plant the rhizomes in a sunny to partially shaded location, ensuring they receive at least 6 hours of sunlight daily.

  2. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. A deep watering once a week is generally sufficient, adjusting based on local weather conditions.

  3. Fertilizing: Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in early spring as new growth emerges. Avoid excessive nitrogen, as this can lead to leggy growth.

  4. Mulching: Mulch around the base of the iris to retain moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature. Maintain a layer of 2-3 inches to provide optimal insulation.

  5. Dividing: Every 3-4 years, divide the rhizomes in late summer or early fall to rejuvenate the plant and promote better blooming.

  6. Pest and Disease Control: Keep an eye out for iris borers and promptly remove any damaged foliage. Ensure good air circulation to prevent fungal diseases.
